Pre-product SaaS pages either over-promise a dashboard or collect emails with no reason to stay. Sam needed a waitlist: one promise, email, weekly proof — no fake pricing for a product that is not shipping.

A product person can join a waitlist and understand what weekly proof means. They are not asked to pick a plan that does not exist.

• Waitlist one-pager. No app UI.
• No pricing table until the product is real.
• Email capture is a waitlist field — ESP connection is the client’s.
• English only.

1. Day 1

   Lock the offer

   One sentence offer, one primary CTA, audience, and what the page is not.

2. Day 2–3

   Write the page

   Hero, problem, offer, proof block, FAQ, and CTA copy in English.

3. Day 4–5

   Design + build

   Custom one-page layout, mobile pass, and production build.

4. Day 6

   QA

   Tap targets, heading hierarchy, and CTA contrast on a phone.

5. Day 7

   Handoff

   Preview link, domain/deploy notes, and the listed deliverable set.
