Oaklaunch (“we”, “us”) operates oaklaunch.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you request a free consultation, submit a project brief, or pay for a pack — and how we use it. It works alongside our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.

作品集页面

/work 上展示的是真实客户工作。出于隐私，我们发布的是第一次给客户演示时的页面，而不是后来的完整版本。全名和非英文项目保持私密，除非另行书面同意。

我们收集什么

• Contact details you submit (name, email, preferred contact channel) for free consultation requests and paid orders.
• Short consult notes and full project brief answers on /start (including links or notes you provide).
• Payment-related data when you pay: processor references (card / Apple Pay / Google Pay order IDs), PayPal or Wise references you share, and crypto transaction hashes you paste.
• Checkout / request compliance data: Terms/Privacy acknowledgment timestamp, approximate IP address, and browser user-agent — used to match payments to orders and defend unauthorized chargebacks.
• Advertising / analytics identifiers when enabled — Meta Pixel standard events PageView, ViewContent, Lead (consult or unpaid brief), and Purchase (paid order) — plus basic technical data (browser type, pages visited).

• To reply to free consultation and brief requests, confirm fit, deliver your pack, and communicate about the project.
• To match payments to orders and prevent fraud.
• To measure ads and site performance (when Pixel / analytics are enabled), including Lead for unpaid requests and Purchase for paid orders.
• To improve the site and our offers.

共享 / 处理商

我们不出售您的数据。为运营之需，我们可能与以下方共享必要信息：

• 托管（例如 Vercel）
• 支付处理商（银行卡 / Apple Pay / Google Pay；PayPal；Wise）
• 您选择或我们用于运营的消息工具（电子邮箱、Telegram、WhatsApp）

订单详情可能转发给我们的制作团队（包括 Telegram 提醒）以交付工作。

保留

我们在交付工作、处理争议及满足法律/会计需要所需的期间内保留项目与付款记录，之后在不再需要时删除或匿名化。
