A clinic site that only books cleanings leaves the instrument business on Instagram DMs. A shop-only site scares patients. Elena needed dual-path: care on one rail, B2B/B2C catalog on the other, same visual system.

A patient can book. A clinic buyer can filter instruments and submit a cart. Neither audience has to parse the other’s full sitemap first.

Cart is an order-request path, not a live US payment-acquiring setup.
Doctor bios and service list are clinic-supplied content.
No custom patient portal.
