Yes. At the first demo you can ask for a new direction. We rebuild and the stated timeline starts again. Copy and layout tweaks inside the agreed sections are the included revision round — a new direction is the restart.

The guided brief on /start: audience, offer in one line, primary CTA, must-have sections (for site packs), references, assets, and any deadline. Brand assets help but are not required.

On /start pick a pack, then choose: free consultation (short note), full brief without paying yet, or pay now with a complete brief. We continue mostly by written messages: scope lock, design directions, preview, handoff. Production starts only after payment + complete brief. An optional short video sync exists as a quiet add-on — not required.

The deliverables listed on the offer page — typically a live production URL, source access (GitHub invite or zip + README), copy deck where applicable, and a handoff checklist. A license to use the work for your business transfers at final handoff only (preview is for review, not ownership). We notify the email and preferred contact from your /start brief.

After preview, send one consolidated note of in-scope changes: copy tweaks, layout within the agreed sections, CTA fixes. It is not a redesign, new pages, or features outside the pack includes. Extra rounds are a paid add-on or written change order.

You have 72 hours after we send final handoff to your stated contacts to report a missing listed deliverable in writing. If you don’t, the pack is deemed accepted for refund purposes. Later requests are new work, not refunds — see /refund.

After we confirm your payment and have a complete brief. A free consult or unpaid brief alone does not start the clock. If something essential is missing (audience, offer, CTA, or access), we pause until you reply.

You can skip kickoff or check-ins. Then the site is built from your written brief and the feedback you actually sent on time. You cannot reject the final look on handoff day for wishes that were never raised in those windows. Redesign requests in the final day(s) before delivery — after meeting dates were set — may be declined so we can ship on time. After handoff you have 72 hours to report a missing listed deliverable in writing.

Yes. Common paths: Launch Page or Product Site first, then Content Pack to keep publishing. Seller Pack pairs well with a Launch Page for the brand offer.

Pack prices are shown in USD. Card / Apple Pay / Google Pay checkout is processed in UAH by the card processor named at checkout. Your card issuer may convert at its own rate and show a local-currency line on your statement. Foreign cards are accepted when the processor and your bank allow them.

Refund only if (1) we miss the stated timeline for reasons on our side, or (2) we fail to deliver a whole listed deliverable / include (not taste or business results). The clock starts after payment + a complete brief (email, audience, offer, CTA, plus pack-specific minimums). It pauses for client blockers. After preview/handoff, 72 hours silence pauses the clock; after a second notice + 48 hours we may close as delivered-at-attempt or hold. Add-ons refund only if that add-on was not delivered. No general 14-day change-of-mind refund — work is custom-made to order. Full rules on /refund.

No general cooling-off refund for change of mind. Packs are custom digital services made to your brief; production starts after payment and a complete brief. Refunds follow the two cases on /refund only.

We deliver to the email and channels you enter on /start. If the contact does not work, we are not responsible for a handoff you never received. Keep a working inbox and check Telegram/WhatsApp if you listed them.

Logo from scratch, paid ads management, custom app/backends, US payment-acquiring setup for your business, and unlimited revisions. Each offer page lists excludes clearly. Content Pack does not include video or PR pitching. Paid add-ons (domain setup, business email, extra revisions, etc.) may be offered at checkout as optional extras.

No — paid ads management is not part of Oaklaunch packs. If you want Meta Ads after the page ships, you can opt in on /start for an intro to our partner OPORA digital. That retainer is separate (from about $700/mo + your ad spend), under their agreement — not an Oaklaunch add-on checkout.
