Refund Policy
Last updated: August 26, 2026
This Refund Policy applies to all purchases on oaklaunch.com from Sole proprietor Vasyl Kostiantynovych Voyedylo (Tax ID (IPN): 3522913736). It forms part of our Terms of Service and Public Offer. By paying for any Oaklaunch pack or add-on, you confirm you have read and agreed to this policy.
1. What you are buying
Oaklaunch sells custom digital services (fixed-scope packs and optional add-ons): copy, design, build, content, and related setup — made to your brief. These are not off-the-shelf retail goods, downloadable stock files with a browsing return window, investments, tokens, or financial products.
Because the work is custom-made to order and production begins after payment and a complete brief, there is no general 14-day “change of mind” cooling-off refund. Refunds exist only under section 2 (and subject to sections 3–6).
2. When a refund is available
A refund is available only if one of the following is true:
- We miss the stated timeline for reasons on our side. The production clock starts only after (a) we confirm payment and (b) we have a complete brief as defined in section 4. The clock pauses while we are blocked on your side (section 3). Time while the clock is paused does not count toward “we were late.”
- We fail to deliver a listed deliverable / include for the pack (or paid add-on) you purchased — meaning a whole item on the offer page includes / deliverables list is missing (for example: no English copy for the page, no responsive build, no handoff of the listed files). This is not about taste, preference, minor styling, or business results (traffic, leads, sales, rankings, ad performance).
If a refund is due under this section, we refund the relevant paid amount for the undelivered pack and/or undelivered add-on(s), minus non-refundable payment-processor fees where applicable. We may offer a partial refund where part of the scope was clearly delivered and usable.
3. When section 2 does not apply (client-side blocks)
Section 2 applies only when Oaklaunch was able to perform. It does not create a refund if delay or non-delivery was caused by you. In particular:
- Wrong or unreachable contact. You must provide a working email and preferred contact on /start. If the address or channel does not exist, rejects mail, or never receives our messages, we are not responsible for a handoff you never opened. Delivery is attempted when we send to the contacts you provided and keep records of those attempts.
- No response at preview / handoff (72 hours). If we send a preview or handoff notice to your stated contacts and you do not reply within 72 hours, the delivery clock pauses. After a second notice and a further 48 hours without a reply, we may (a) treat the pack as delivered-at-attempt to your stated contacts, or (b) place the project on hold. Silence is not “we missed the deadline” and is not a refund ground.
- Incomplete brief, assets, or access. Missing required brief fields (section 4), passwords, domain/DNS access, or answers we need to build pause the clock until unblocked. Optional fields left empty are not a studio delay.
- Skipped meetings and late feedback. You may skip scheduled kickoff or check-in meetings. If you do, the final deliverable is built from your written brief and the feedback you actually gave on time. You may not reject handoff on taste or “I would have wanted X” grounds that were never raised in those meeting windows. Redesign wishes in the final day(s) before the stated delivery date — after meeting dates were already set — may be declined to protect the timeline and are not a refund ground.
3.1 First-demo direction change
After we send the first demo or preview, you may ask us in writing to rebuild on a new direction instead of the original brief. That is one accommodation per paid order: we restart production and reset the pack’s stated timeline from the date we confirm the new direction in writing. The included in-scope revision round is separate and is not this accommodation. Because you requested the rebuild (not because a listed deliverable was missing, and not because we missed the original clock on our side), section 2 refunds do not apply to that order from the moment we confirm the request — including change of mind, taste, and claims tied to the original direction or original clock.
4. Complete brief (clock start)
A brief is complete for clock-start purposes when it includes at least:
- Working email
- Who the offer is for (audience)
- Offer / product in one line
- Primary CTA
- For site packs: must-have sections (or we may proceed with a standard section map noted in kickoff)
- For Seller Pack: chosen track (Etsy or Shopify) and first products / SKUs outline
- For Content Pack: chosen track and topics / goals for the month
References, brand assets, deadlines, and “anything else” help quality but are optional. We will not invent missing required answers; we will ask once and pause if they stay missing.
5. Add-ons
- Paid add-ons are part of the same order unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- An add-on is refundable under section 2 only if that add-on was not delivered as described at checkout (for example: Domain + DNS setup was paid and we never connected the domain when you provided working access).
- Volume discounts on add-ons are not a separate refundable “bonus.” If an add-on is refunded, we reverse that add-on’s net price (after any volume discount allocated to it).
- Business results of an add-on (for example, Pixel installed but ads do not convert) are not a refund ground.
6. Content Pack (monthly)
- Cancel with 14 days’ notice before the next billing period. Already-paid months are not refunded for change of mind or cancellation.
- A month fee is refundable under section 2 only if we fail to deliver that month’s listed track scope (for example, SEO track: the stated article count was not delivered).
- Taste preference on individual pieces after the included revision is not a refund ground.
7. Acceptance after handoff
After we send final handoff to your stated contacts, you have 72 hours to report a missing listed deliverable (section 2.2) in writing. If you do not, the pack is deemed accepted for refund purposes. Later requests are handled as new work (change order or new pack), not refunds — except where we agree in writing that a listed deliverable was never provided.
8. When refunds are not available
Except for section 2 (and subject to sections 3–7, including §3.1), payments are not refunded, including:
- Change of mind or client cancellation after payment
- A first-demo direction change you requested (rebuild because you wanted a different plan than the original brief) — after we confirm it, section 2 refunds are not available for that order (see §3.1)
- Subjective dislike of creative direction within the agreed scope
- Skipped meetings followed by last-minute redesign requests
- Work outside the pack’s includes / excludes
- Business outcomes (traffic, sales, rankings, ad results)
- Chargebacks opened instead of contacting us when section 2 would have applied (see §10)
9. What happens if a refund is issued
- Production stops immediately.
- Source files, repository access, production handoff, and a license to use the work are not provided (or are revoked). Preview access may be revoked.
- Design, copy, code, and related materials remain Oaklaunch’s property. A refund does not transfer the site, files, or rights to you.
- We process refunds through the original payment method when possible (including card / Apple Pay / Google Pay refunds). Partial refunds may apply where processor fees are non-refundable or part of the scope was delivered.
10. Disputes and chargebacks
Contact hello@oaklaunch.com before opening a bank or card dispute. If a refund is due under section 2, we will process it directly. Unauthorized chargebacks may be contested with your checkout acknowledgment, IP and timestamp logs, brief, project records (including handoff attempts, meeting invitations, and handoff video where recorded), and these Terms / Refund Policy.
11. Fairness commitments (our side)
- We do not change the paid pack price or core includes for an order already paid without your written agreement (a new add-on or change order is optional).
- If we are late under section 2.1 or miss a listed deliverable under section 2.2, you are entitled to the refund path in this policy — we will not hide behind marketing language.
- Marketing lines such as “Guarantee” mean only the refund cases in section 2, subject to this full policy.
12. Checkout acknowledgment
Before payment you confirm that you agree to the Terms of Service and this Refund Policy, including that custom services have no general cooling-off refund. We retain that acknowledgment (including time of acceptance) with your order records.
13. Cancellation and how to request a refund
You may cancel by emailing hello@oaklaunch.com or messaging via Telegram / WhatsApp. Cancellation does not create a refund by itself — refunds exist only under section 2 (subject to sections 3–7, including §3.1). If you cancel after production started and section 2 does not apply, no refund is due; IP rules in section 8 and 9 still apply.
To claim a refund under section 2, email hello@oaklaunch.com with: order / payment reference, pack name, and which section 2 ground you claim (timeline or missing listed deliverable), with enough detail for us to verify. We respond within a reasonable time after reviewing records. Approved refunds return to the original payment method when the processor allows (Apple Pay, Google Pay, card, PayPal, Wise, or USDT TRC20). Timing depends on the processor and your bank or wallet.
