This Public Offer is an official proposal by Sole proprietor Vasyl Kostiantynovych Voyedylo (brand: Oaklaunch) to enter into a service agreement on the terms below. Paying for a pack on oaklaunch.com and confirming the checkout acknowledgment constitutes acceptance of this Offer, our Terms of Service, and our Refund Policy.

2. Subject of the agreement

The Seller provides fixed-scope, fixed-price custom digital services (web design, development, copy, and related content packs) as described on each offer page on oaklaunch.com. These are services made to order for your brief — not physical goods, stock downloads with a browsing return window, investments, or financial products.

3. How the contract is formed

• You select a pack, complete the brief on /start, and agree to the Terms and Refund Policy.
• You pay the stated price (and any selected add-ons) through an enabled payment method.
• Production starts after the Seller confirms payment and receives a complete brief (see Refund Policy).

4. Timelines and delivery of the service

Stated timelines (for example 7 days for Launch Page) are production targets. The clock starts after payment confirmation and a complete brief; it pauses for client-side blockers as described in the Refund Policy.

There is no physical product and no courier, postal, or warehouse delivery. Deliverables are handed off electronically (for example: live production URL, source access, copy deck, and checklist) to the contacts you provide on /start.

• Territory: services are delivered remotely worldwide. Clients may be in any country; the Seller operates from Ukraine.
• Shipping carriers: not used (no Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta, or similar for these packs).

5. Payment methods

Available methods (as enabled on /start):

• Visa and Mastercard via card checkout (including Apple Pay and Google Pay)
• PayPal
• Wise
• USDT on Tron (TRC20)

Pack fees are prepaid unless we agree otherwise in writing. Card payments (including Apple Pay and Google Pay) are processed by the card processor named at checkout. Your card issuer or wallet may convert the charge at its own rate. Settlement to the Seller follows the processor’s review and payout schedule.

6. Refunds and transaction cancellation

Refunds follow the Refund Policy: only if we miss the stated timeline on our side or fail to deliver a listed deliverable / include. There is no general 14-day change-of-mind refund for custom services made to order.

When a refund is due, we cancel or reverse the payment through the original method when possible (including a card / Apple Pay / Google Pay refund). See the Refund Policy for process and chargeback rules.

7. Intellectual property

Until final handoff with no refund due, design, copy, and code remain the Seller’s property. After successful handoff, you receive a license to use the delivered pack for your business, as stated in the Terms of Service.
