Terms of Service

By requesting a free consultation, submitting a brief, booking an Oaklaunch pack on oaklaunch.com, completing payment, or confirming the checkout acknowledgment, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Refund Policy (for paid orders), and our Public Offer. Oaklaunch is operated by Sole proprietor Vasyl Kostiantynovych Voyedylo (Tax ID (IPN): 3522913736). We provide fixed-scope, fixed-price custom web development, design, and content packages as described on each offer page — not investments, tokens, or financial products.

Offers and scope

• Each pack has a stated price, timeline, includes, and excludes.
• Work outside the listed scope requires a written change order or a new pack.
• One revision round is included unless the offer page says otherwise.
• After you pay, we do not change that order’s pack price or core includes without your written agreement. Optional add-ons are separate line items you choose.
• Stated timelines are production targets. Incomplete briefs, missing assets, delayed feedback, or DNS/domain access issues pause the delivery clock until unblocked — see the Refund Policy for the complete-brief checklist and pause rules.

Custom work

All products and services built by Oaklaunch are custom-made to order for your brief. Production begins after payment confirmation and a complete brief. There is no general 14-day cooling-off refund for change of mind. Refunds follow the Refund Policy only (timeline miss on our side, or failure to deliver a listed deliverable / include).

Acceptance of deliverables

• Services are delivered in milestones (for example: kickoff, draft/preview, revision, handoff).
• Payment confirms purchase of the pack scope. Preview and the included revision round are for in-scope adjustments.
• After the first demo you may request one direction change in writing. We then rebuild and the stated timeline restarts from the confirmation date. The included revision round is in-scope tweaks only. How that request affects refunds is in the Refund Policy §3.1.
• Subjective dislike of creative direction within scope is not, by itself, a refund ground.
• You may skip scheduled meetings. If you do, the final look is based on your written brief and on-time written feedback only. You may not treat handoff-day taste objections as a failure of scope when those points were not raised in the agreed meeting windows.
• Feedback or redesign wishes sent in the final day(s) before the stated delivery date — after meeting dates were already set — may be declined so we can ship on time. Declining late scope creep is not a refund ground.
• After final handoff to your stated contacts, you have 72 hours to report a missing listed deliverable in writing. If you do not, the pack is deemed accepted for refund purposes (see Refund Policy §7).

Consultation, brief, and start of production

• You may request a free consultation with a short note, submit a full brief without paying yet, or complete a full brief and pay on /start.
• A free consult or unpaid brief does not start production and does not create a paid order. We reply to discuss fit and next steps.
• Production starts only after we confirm prepayment and receive a complete brief (minimum fields listed in the Refund Policy §4).
• Incomplete required fields for a paid order pause production until we get answers.

Payment methods

• Visa and Mastercard via card checkout (including Apple Pay and Google Pay)
• PayPal
• Wise
• USDT on Tron (TRC20)

• Project packs are paid upfront unless we agree otherwise in writing.
• Content Pack is billed monthly; cancel with 14 days notice (already-paid months follow the Refund Policy).
• Card payments (including Apple Pay and Google Pay) are processed by the card processor named at checkout. Your card issuer or wallet may convert the charge at its own rate. Settlement to us follows the processor’s review and payout schedule.
• Crypto payments must use USDT on Tron (TRC20) only; wrong network is at your risk.
• Refunds, when due, are handled under the Refund Policy.

Delivery of the service

Oaklaunch sells digital services, not physical goods. There is no courier pickup, cash on delivery, or postal shipping. Deliverables are provided electronically (live URL, source access, files, and written handoff) to the email and contact channel you give on /start.

• Territory: remote delivery worldwide. Clients may be located in any country; the Seller is based in Ukraine.
• Shipping carriers are not used for pack delivery.

Intellectual property and handoff

• Review previews may be shown so you can approve in-scope direction. Source code, repository access, production domain transfer, downloadable files, and a license to use the work are provided only at final handoff after the pack is completed under these Terms.
• Until final handoff, all design, copy, code, and related materials remain Oaklaunch’s property.
• If a refund is requested or issued (including under the Refund Policy): production stops immediately; no further deliverables are provided; preview access may be revoked; and all rights in the work remain with Oaklaunch. You may not use, copy, publish, or continue the unfinished or finished work without a separate written license.
• After successful handoff with no refund due, you receive a license to use the delivered pack materials for your business. Oaklaunch may show the work in its portfolio as it looked at the first client demo, unless you request otherwise in writing.

Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate brief details, assets, and timely feedback.
• Provide a working email and contact channel. Wrong or unreachable contacts are your responsibility; we send handoff to the details you gave on /start.
• Attend scheduled meetings or accept that skipped meetings forfeit late redesign input (see Acceptance of deliverables and the Refund Policy).
• You confirm you have rights to materials you send us.
• Domain/DNS access may be required for launch; delays there pause the clock.

No business-result guarantees

We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, sales, ad performance, or business outcomes. Deliverables are the agreed pack outputs, not results. Marketing “Guarantee” language refers only to the refund cases in the Refund Policy.
