The job
Woven home goods get copied by dropship listings. Amina needed a shop that sounds like a maker: listing framework, policies, shop story — not “luxury boho decor” spam.
What we built it to do
A weaver can publish listings and an About that a buyer can tell apart from a generic import shop, then reuse the framework on the next textile.
Constraints
- Etsy Seller Pack, not wholesale B2B portal.
- Framework + first listings, not the whole future SKU list.
- Maker photography still required for a live shop.
- No ads.
How we ran it
Day 1
Catalog + positioning
SKU list, buyer, price band, and the one-line shop promise.
Day 2–4
Listing system
Title formula, description blocks, tags, variants, and photo order for the first SKUs.
Day 5–6
Shop voice + policies
About, announcement, shipping, returns, and buyer-message macros.
Day 7–8
Pricing math
Fee → keep worksheet so new SKUs reuse the same margin logic.
Day 9–10
Launch controls
Checklist, one revision round, and what still needs client photos/labels.
