Apex Dent
Elena · PS · Clinic owner, Austin TX
Two audiences on one site: patients booking care and clinics ordering instruments. Need services, doctors, reviews, a filtered catalog, cart, and a contact/booking path.
“Patients needed a booking path. Other clinics were DMing us for instruments. One site had to do both.”

Result
Dual-path site: patients book care, clinics filter instruments and send a cart.
Before
Instagram for the shop. A brochure page for the clinic. Two businesses, no IA.
After
Home splits clinic vs shop. Services, doctors, catalog, cart, booking — same brand.
The job
A clinic site that only books cleanings leaves the instrument business on Instagram DMs. A shop-only site scares patients. Elena needed dual-path: care on one rail, B2B/B2C catalog on the other, same visual system.
What we built it to do
A patient can book. A clinic buyer can filter instruments and submit a cart. Neither audience has to parse the other’s full sitemap first.
Constraints
- Marketing site + catalog UX — not a full ERP or insurance billing system.
- Cart is an order-request path, not a live US payment-acquiring setup.
- Doctor bios and service list are clinic-supplied content.
- No custom patient portal.
How we ran it
Week 1
IA + copy
4–6 page map, EN copy for home/features/pricing, and the demo CTA.
Week 2
Design + build
Visual system, core pages, and responsive production build.
Week 3
Polish + handoff
QA, remaining listed pages, deploy notes, and revision round.
Decisions in the work
Two entries, one brand
Home splits clinic vs shop so the first click sets the IA.
Filtered catalog
Surgery / therapy / consumables — a shop, not a PDF of SKUs.
Booking stays visible
Patients are not forced through the cart to request a visit.
Austin as place
Local clinic trust (doctors, reviews, FAQ) plus a US shop, not a generic template town.
