Client site

A site we shipped for a paying client, shown as it looked at the first demo.

Outbound Atelier

Reese · LP · High-ticket cohort coach

Cohort for freelancers at $2,400. Page must lead with outcome, show a syllabus teaser, and push Apply — not a blog about mindset.

My site was a story and a podcast feed. Freelancers still asked what the offer actually was.

Result

Cohort page with outcome, $2,400, 12 seats, syllabus teaser, and Apply.

Before

About-me page. Price hidden. Fit-call required to understand the product.

After

First 10 clients in the headline. Apply on the first screen.

The job

Coach pages bury the offer under podcasts and “my story.” Reese needed a closed cohort page: first 10 consulting clients, syllabus teaser, apply, $2,400, 12 seats.

What we built it to do

A freelancer can see the outcome, the format, the price, and whether they will apply this cohort or not — without a 40-minute “fit call” first.

Constraints

  • One page. No course platform.
  • Apply CTA, not Stripe checkout — cohort payment stays with Reese.
  • Syllabus is a teaser, not 40 lesson videos.
  • No ads management.

How we ran it

  1. Day 1

    Lock the offer

One sentence offer, one primary CTA, audience, and what the page is not.

  2. Day 2–3

    Write the page

Hero, problem, offer, proof block, FAQ, and CTA copy in English.

  3. Day 4–5

    Design + build

Custom one-page layout, mobile pass, and production build.

  4. Day 6

    QA

Tap targets, heading hierarchy, and CTA contrast on a phone.

  5. Day 7

    Handoff

Preview link, domain/deploy notes, and the listed deliverable set.

Decisions in the work

Outcome, then price

Headline is first 10 clients. CTA is Apply — $2,400. Qualifies fast.

What you leave with

Offer one-pager, message library, call framework — tangible, not “mindset.”

Seat scarcity as fact of the offer

12 seats / next start date is offer structure, not a fake countdown hack.
