The job

Shared-inbox tools look identical in screenshots. Jordan needed the job-to-be-done (one inbox the team can trust) without shipping a fake app: marketing pages, pricing tiers, demo CTA.

What we built it to do

A support lead can explain RelayDesk in one sentence, compare tiers, and request a demo. They do not need a login to understand the product.

Constraints

Marketing site, not the inbox product.
No live SSO or ticket database.
Pricing on the page is the product’s public grid, not Oaklaunch’s fee.
English B2B tone — not consumer chat.

How we ran it

IA + copy
4–6 page map, EN copy for home/features/pricing, and the demo CTA.

Design + build
Visual system, core pages, and responsive production build.
